Rena Laster is the founder of Life Builders, a ministry to young women and girls, helping them to grow and develop into who God has designed them to be.

She is a passionate, life-long teacher and the author of numerous articles and books designed to educate, empower, encourage, and minister to women, bringing them out of a place of isolation and despair.

Often described as the go-to for resources and information, she is an ordained minister, adjunct instructor at Central Georgia College, a Transformational Life Coach, a retired mental health counselor, and radio host of Life, Hope, and All ThingsCanady on 100.5 FM (macons1005fm.com).

She received a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Augusta State University and has completed coursework toward a Ph.D in Christian Counseling at Bethany Christian College and Seminary, Dothan, Alabama., Ms. Laster is a very active worker in the Kingdom of God.At Word of Life Ministries, she is the Church Administrator, and Head of the Women’s Ministry.
